What we collect
This site has no accounts, no contact form, no ads and no analytics. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply. Like any website, the hosting provider and the font service we load (Google Fonts) may receive your IP address and basic device information when a page loads. Their policies govern that data.
How we use it
To answer your message, keep the site secure and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. We delete emails 24 months after our last message, or sooner if you ask us to.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Virginia and other US states), you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share it. Email us to make a request, and we will respond within the time the law requires. If we decline a request, you may appeal by emailing us with “Appeal” in the subject, and we will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making one. We do not use cookies or analytics, so Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals change nothing.

Services
Avato LLC provides design, development, brand and AI automation services. Before work starts, we agree the scope, deliverables, fees and timeline with you in a written proposal or invoice.
Cancellations
Either side may end a project in writing at any time. Fees for work completed up to that date, and anything else about ending a project, follow what the written proposal says. If you are unhappy with a deliverable, tell us within 14 days of receiving it and we will work with you to fix it. Questions: hello@avatollc.com.
Ownership
The site’s text, design, illustrations and the names Avato are owned by Avato LLC or its licensors. You may view the site for personal use. Please do not copy, scrape or reuse it without written permission.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Avato LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the site. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
